Tips before your photo shoot.
Become familiar with your camera - Of course, one must know how to use their tools. Achieving familiarity with your camera is vital and must be done before your shoot because not only is it time consuming to look back to your manual every time, it is unprofessional if you have a certain time frame with clientele. If you know how to work your camera, you can quickly change the settings like (f-stop, the white balance, shutter speed and ISO) to fit the needed.
Charge your batteries - I could not count on fingers how many times I have forgotten to charge my camera's and other related equipment's batteries right before upcoming shoots. A very simple but essential step.
Be aware of your mood - When Pablo Picasso felt sad he painted blue and when he was in good spirits he mostly painted with warm colors. Your mood will reflect itself on the pictures. If you are tired, your pictures will look tired. Of course we are not always able to influence how we feel, however the best photographers and artists know its impact and the importance of attitude.
